A team of 10 Persons are reporting to me including, Purchaser & Quality Manager.
 Working with Design, Development & Production to ensure we are fitting within cost structures & Budget.
 Establish Time & Action Calendar (Tacking WIP) for factories to ensure delivery timelines & Quality.

Looking after complete production process, in house & out source for productions and fabric sourcing. Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new seasonal ranges.
Costing & Pricing with different profit margins for different categories.
To keep update with competitors' products and prices, set promotional goals, train distribution staff, and develop relationships with the marketing team.
Create schedules, monitor stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock. Always ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen
Analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to see which products are generating the most revenue and which products are selling less than projected. They then use this data to adjust the offering of products accordingly.
Work with internal and external quality assurance to ensure products meet customer specifications. Collaborate and team up with the Marketing department on essential product and customer initiatives.
This to include packaging requirements on new product launches.

To look after merchandising team, coordinate with other departments and all suppliers assure all sampling development, production delivery on time.
Collect cost information quote price to suppliers and negotiate with supplier, delivery date confirmations.
Outstanding solve with head office sales team, factory or suppliers, deal with any complaining. To finalize assortments and dispatch plan with supply chain team.
Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise customer interest and sales;

Handling products like causal shirts, formal shirts, woven Kurta, denim trousers & shorts, Jackets, socks & sweaters.
Vast experience of order placement to in- house and outsource vendors. Negotiating prices and orders with suppliers, and agreeing delivery terms Having expertise in Tech packs and Bill of Material details.
Forecasting future sales and profit margins.
Tracking the delivery of stock, ensuring goods arrive on time and meet quality standards Visiting suppliers and stores to see how products are selling
